Base Material: Made of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), featuring high elasticity, tear resistance, UV resistance, and yellowing resistance.

Multi-Layer Composite Structure: Usually includes a top coating (hydrophobic/self-healing), TPU color layer, pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, etc., with some products having more than 7 layers.

Color Process: Color is achieved through pigment injection into liquid TPU or multi-layer co-extrusion technology, ensuring deep fusion of color and base material, preventing fading and whitening.
