Basic Structure and Working Principle
Multilayer Composite Structure: Mainstream home protective films are usually composed of three layers:
Surface Anti-fouling/Wear-resistant Layer: Such as acrylic or UV coating, providing scratch resistance, oil resistance, and ease of cleaning;
Intermediate Protective Layer: Polymer substrates such as PET, PVC, or TPU, giving the film strength, transparency, and temperature resistance;
Bottom Adhesive Layer: Slightly tacky pressure-sensitive adhesive (such as acrylic or silicone adhesive), achieving firm yet removable adhesion without leaving residue.
Physical Barrier Function: The film directly covers the furniture surface, blocking external damage such as water stains, oil, scratches, and high temperature (e.g., hot pots).
Optical Transparency: High-transparency substrates (transmittance >92%) are used to protect while retaining the original texture and aesthetic of the furniture.
